Founding group · For women over 30
Not because you've finally cracked the dating apps.
Not because you've learned how to play the game.
And definitely not because you've changed yourself to become more "dateable."
But because you've finally changed the way you approach dating.
Introducing
Your Last First Date
A 3-month live programme with me, Lizzie Laing to help you feel calm and secure in dating, meet more men in real life, and build a relationship without chasing or questioning your worth.
I’m keeping the founding group to 10 women so everyone has space to be heard and properly supported. Five places are currently available.

Maybe this is you
Maybe you've had relationships, but they always seem to end up in the same place.
Or maybe you're just exhausted by modern dating.
You download Hinge. You delete Hinge. You download it again.
You go on dates that feel like interviews. You meet someone you actually like and suddenly you're checking your phone, analysing his messages and wondering why he hasn't replied.
And somewhere in the back of your mind there's that slightly uncomfortable question:
"Why hasn't it happened for me yet?"
Especially when so much of the rest of your life is good.

You have friends. You have a career. You have a life you actually like.
You don't need someone to "complete" you. You'd just really like someone to share it with.
And there's nothing wrong with wanting that.
Instead of spending another three months swiping and hoping the right person magically appears, we're going to get you back into the real world.

Where it actually happens
The problem is that most of us have become so used to looking for love on a screen that we've stopped looking up.
I want to change that.
Because learning how to flirt is one thing.
Feeling secure enough to actually enjoy dating is another.
We need to work on that too.

Not weird pick-up lines.
Not pretending you need help reaching something on the top shelf of Waitrose.
Just learning how to show someone you're interested, create a little spark and give him the opportunity to do something about it.
The experience
And most importantly: you'll actually use what you're learning in real life.

Because I don't want you sitting at home watching three hours of dating videos and thinking:
"That was interesting."
The awkward moments too.
Because there will probably be some.
That's dating.

The first five founding places have already gone, and I'm personally speaking with every woman who wants to join this group. That's why the next step isn't a checkout, it's a personal call with me. We'll both have the chance to ask questions and decide, together, whether this feels like the right fit. If it does, we'll secure your place on that call. There won't be another group at this founding price, so if you're ready to date differently, I'd love to hear from you soon.

Meet your coach
I'm a Flirt Therapist and an RTT Therapist trained by Marisa Peer.
My work has been featured on This Morning, The Sun and the Daily Mail, and I've spoken about dating, flirting and relationships on radio around the world.
And I've spent a lot of time talking to women who are brilliant, funny, successful, interesting…
…and completely fed up with dating.
I don't believe you need another list of dating rules.
I don't want to teach you how long to wait before replying to a message.
And I definitely don't want you pretending to be less interested than you are because somebody on TikTok told you men like the chase.
I know what the other side of this feels like, too.
Before I met my husband, I overthought, over-gave and questioned my worth when a man pulled back. On the outside I looked confident. Inside, I didn’t feel secure at all.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to secure a man and started feeling secure within myself. Dating became lighter, and not long afterwards, I met my husband in real life, calmly and without the usual drama or guessing games.
It’s why I now combine subconscious work with practical, real-life dating support. I’ve walked this path myself, and I want you to know that it can feel different.
I want you to feel good about yourself.
I want you to know what you want.
I want you to be able to walk into a room, spot someone you like and actually do something about it.
And ultimately: I want dating to feel fun again.

Stories
“She made dating fun again, which I genuinely didn’t think was possible after the hurt I had experienced.”
Before working with Lizzie, I was over-giving, craving constant contact and checking my phone repeatedly. I learnt how to stay calm, let men lead and trust myself. For the first time, I felt calm inside, not anxious.

Now settled with a kind, loving man
“Our sessions feel collaborative, safe and equal, never patronising. I often join feeling overwhelmed and leave with clarity and calm.”
Lizzie helped me understand my relationship patterns and stop repeating them. I met my partner the very next day, but more importantly, I was finally ready.
Client, 38
Together for a year and talking about getting engaged
“For the first time, I feel seen and safe in my relationship.”
After years of over-giving and losing myself, I learnt to value myself and recognise red flags straight away. I’m no longer on edge or waiting to hear from him; I get on with my day knowing I will.

Calm and secure in a real relationship
The timing
Because we're heading into one of the most social times of the year.
There are going to be people everywhere.

So instead of waiting until January and telling yourself:
"Right. This year I'm really going to sort out my love life…"
Why not start now?
Give yourself three months.
Not three months to desperately find a boyfriend.
Three months to become much better at meeting people, dating, flirting and choosing who actually deserves a place in your life.
And who knows?
Maybe one of those dates really will be your last first date.
Questions
One year from now
The only thing scarier than joining is being in exactly the same place this time next year.
A year from now, you'll either have taken this step, or quietly wish you had. Nothing has to be decided today. But something does have to change for anything to feel different by next Christmas.
The first Your Last First Date group begins on Monday 14 September.
The group is capped at 10 women, and five places are currently available.
There are two ways to join, and the first five women who sign up save £500 on either option.
