Founding group · For women over 30

What if this was your last Christmas single?

Not because you've finally cracked the dating apps.

Not because you've learned how to play the game.

And definitely not because you've changed yourself to become more "dateable."

But because you've finally changed the way you approach dating.

Introducing

Your Last First Date

A 3-month live programme with me, Lizzie Laing to help you feel calm and secure in dating, meet more men in real life, and build a relationship without chasing or questioning your worth.

I’m keeping the founding group to 10 women so everyone has space to be heard and properly supported. Five places are currently available.

Maybe this is you

Maybe you've been single for a while.

Maybe you've had relationships, but they always seem to end up in the same place.

Or maybe you're just exhausted by modern dating.

You download Hinge. You delete Hinge. You download it again.

You go on dates that feel like interviews. You meet someone you actually like and suddenly you're checking your phone, analysing his messages and wondering why he hasn't replied.

And somewhere in the back of your mind there's that slightly uncomfortable question:

"Why hasn't it happened for me yet?"

Especially when so much of the rest of your life is good.

Two friends laughing over coffee in a London cafe

You have friends. You have a career. You have a life you actually like.

You don't need someone to "complete" you. You'd just really like someone to share it with.

And there's nothing wrong with wanting that.

So, what if we tried something different?

Instead of spending another three months swiping and hoping the right person magically appears, we're going to get you back into the real world.

  • Talking to people.
  • Making eye contact.
  • Flirting.
  • Going places.
  • Saying yes to things.
  • Actually noticing the men around you.

Where it actually happens

The problem is that most of us have become so used to looking for love on a screen that we've stopped looking up.

I want to change that.

But this isn't just a flirting course.

Because learning how to flirt is one thing.

Feeling secure enough to actually enjoy dating is another.

If one unanswered message can send you into a spiral…
If you keep falling for men who aren't really available…
If you find yourself accepting things you know aren't right because you really want this one to work…
Or if you feel calm one minute and anxious the next, wondering whether love is ever going to happen for you…

We need to work on that too.

01

The inner work

  • Feeling safe in yourself
  • Self-worth and confidence
  • Old relationship patterns
  • Handling your emotions
  • Clear standards
  • Trusting yourself to choose differently

02

The real-world work

  • Flirting
  • Starting conversations
  • Creating chemistry
  • Meeting men organically
  • Reading genuine interest
  • Going on actual dates

Not weird pick-up lines.

Not pretending you need help reaching something on the top shelf of Waitrose.

Just learning how to show someone you're interested, create a little spark and give him the opportunity to do something about it.

The experience

What happens over the 3 months?

We’ll meet every week for a 90-minute live group coaching and Q&A call.
You’ll follow the 12-part Secure Woman Method, from self-worth and emotional safety to flirting, texting and the early stages of dating.
You’ll have three private coaching hours with me, plus support between calls whenever you need it.
RTT and hypnotherapy work is included free for the first five women. From the next group it becomes an optional £497 extra, so we can get underneath the patterns you understand logically but still find yourself repeating.

And most importantly: you'll actually use what you're learning in real life.

Because I don't want you sitting at home watching three hours of dating videos and thinking:

"That was interesting."

I want you out there.Trying things.Meeting people.Having conversations.Going on dates. And coming back to the group so we can talk about what happened.

The awkward moments too.

Because there will probably be some.

That's dating.

The first five founding places have already gone, and I'm personally speaking with every woman who wants to join this group. That's why the next step isn't a checkout, it's a personal call with me. We'll both have the chance to ask questions and decide, together, whether this feels like the right fit. If it does, we'll secure your place on that call. There won't be another group at this founding price, so if you're ready to date differently, I'd love to hear from you soon.

Portrait of Lizzie Laing, Flirt Therapist and RTT Therapist

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Lizzie.

I'm a Flirt Therapist and an RTT Therapist trained by Marisa Peer.

My work has been featured on This Morning, The Sun and the Daily Mail, and I've spoken about dating, flirting and relationships on radio around the world.

And I've spent a lot of time talking to women who are brilliant, funny, successful, interesting…

…and completely fed up with dating.

I don't believe you need another list of dating rules.

I don't want to teach you how long to wait before replying to a message.

And I definitely don't want you pretending to be less interested than you are because somebody on TikTok told you men like the chase.

I know what the other side of this feels like, too.

Before I met my husband, I overthought, over-gave and questioned my worth when a man pulled back. On the outside I looked confident. Inside, I didn’t feel secure at all.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to secure a man and started feeling secure within myself. Dating became lighter, and not long afterwards, I met my husband in real life, calmly and without the usual drama or guessing games.

It’s why I now combine subconscious work with practical, real-life dating support. I’ve walked this path myself, and I want you to know that it can feel different.

I want you to feel good about yourself.

I want you to know what you want.

I want you to be able to walk into a room, spot someone you like and actually do something about it.

And ultimately: I want dating to feel fun again.

Stories

Women who've started dating differently

She made dating fun again, which I genuinely didn’t think was possible after the hurt I had experienced.

Before working with Lizzie, I was over-giving, craving constant contact and checking my phone repeatedly. I learnt how to stay calm, let men lead and trust myself. For the first time, I felt calm inside, not anxious.

Now settled with a kind, loving man

Our sessions feel collaborative, safe and equal, never patronising. I often join feeling overwhelmed and leave with clarity and calm.

Lizzie helped me understand my relationship patterns and stop repeating them. I met my partner the very next day, but more importantly, I was finally ready.

Client, 38

Together for a year and talking about getting engaged

For the first time, I feel seen and safe in my relationship.

After years of over-giving and losing myself, I learnt to value myself and recognise red flags straight away. I’m no longer on edge or waiting to hear from him; I get on with my day knowing I will.

The timing

Why now?

Because we're heading into one of the most social times of the year.

Autumn drinksPartiesDinnersChristmas eventsFriends of friendsNew Year's Eve

There are going to be people everywhere.

Friends laughing together at a Christmas party

So instead of waiting until January and telling yourself:

"Right. This year I'm really going to sort out my love life…"

Why not start now?

Give yourself three months.

Not three months to desperately find a boyfriend.

Three months to become much better at meeting people, dating, flirting and choosing who actually deserves a place in your life.

And who knows?

Maybe one of those dates really will be your last first date.

Questions

The things women usually ask me

Who is Your Last First Date for?
Single women in the UK, usually somewhere between 28 and 45, who have a good life but dating isn't working. You're tired of the apps, you keep meeting emotionally unavailable men, and you'd love to meet someone in real life without it feeling awkward or forced.
What actually happens over the three months?
It's a live group programme. Every week we meet for a 90-minute call: coaching, teaching and time for your questions. You also get three private one-to-one hours with me, including RTT work on whatever is quietly holding you back, plus ongoing support between calls. You learn something, go and try it in real life, then come back and we talk about how it went.
Is this therapy or a dating course?
Both, in the way that actually helps. We do the inner work: confidence, self-worth, relationship patterns, emotional security, standards, and the real-world work: flirting, starting conversations, creating a spark, meeting men away from apps and going on actual dates.
How much does it cost?
For this September group, you will have the opportunity to join at a founding discount. There are two options. Pay in full at <s>£1,497</s> £997, or three monthly payments of <s>£563</s> £397.
Is the RTT work included?
Yes. For the first five women it's included at no extra cost. From the next group onwards, the RTT work becomes an optional add-on at £497.
When does it start and how many places are there?
The first group starts on Monday 14 September and is capped at 10 women so everyone gets real attention. Five places are currently available.
Do I have to delete the apps?
No. This isn't about banning anything. It's about not relying on your phone as the only place you might meet someone, so you feel just as comfortable saying hello at a coffee shop, a party or a work do.
What if I'm terrible at flirting?
Most women who join say exactly that. There are no cheesy lines and no pretending you need help reaching the top shelf in Waitrose. It's just learning how to show someone you're interested, create a little spark and give him the chance to do something about it.
How do I join?
Start with a free discovery call. We'll talk about where you are with dating, what you want and whether this programme is genuinely right for you. No pressure to decide on the call.

One year from now

The only thing scarier than joining is being in exactly the same place this time next year.

A year from now, you'll either have taken this step, or quietly wish you had. Nothing has to be decided today. But something does have to change for anything to feel different by next Christmas.

Ready to make dating feel fun again?

The first Your Last First Date group begins on Monday 14 September.

The group is capped at 10 women, and five places are currently available.

There are two ways to join, and the first five women who sign up save £500 on either option.
